Responsibilities
- Responsible for dealing with customers regarding sales and meeting the assigned targets.
- Follow up on clients’ payments, and receivables.
- Prepare proposals and process the sales.
- Obtain customer feedback regarding our services and products.
- Remain updated on inventory status.
- Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up to resolve the complaints
- Responsible for up-selling.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager
Requirements and Skills
- Track record of achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Bachelors Degree
