Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for dealing with customers regarding sales and meeting the assigned targets.
  2. Follow up on clients’ payments, and receivables.
  3. Prepare proposals and process the sales.
  4. Obtain customer feedback regarding our services and products.
  5. Remain updated on inventory status.
  6. Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up to resolve the complaints
  7. Responsible for up-selling.
  8. Any other task assigned by the line manager

Requirements and Skills

  1. Track record of achieving quota
  2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  3. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  4. Bachelors Degree
